AIR SEPARATOR

Air which takes part in the fluid within the heating facility as molten status converts to gas by increase of fluid temperature. Therefore, it circuits together with the fluid within the system. The air in gaseous state causes corrosion in pipes, fixtures and equipment such as tanks and boiler. Moreover, moise, circuiting problmes and pump cavitations occur in the system.  By means of the air in the radiators, heating problems also occur. In this point, air separators prevents the negative aspects which may occur within the system by collecting the air in gaseous state within tank systems (cast steel tanks), cascade systems, air conditioning systems, cooling systems and floor heating systems. 

- Operating pressure 10 bar (Max.)

- Operating temperature 95 °C (Max.)
- Inner filter is stainless steel. 
- Dyed with epoxy against corrosion.
- Air purge valve is not available.
