CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS

SCP Centrifugal Pumps SKM-E type pumps which are not abrasive and do not include solid particles and fiber are appropriate to print clean or very-light dirty low-viscosity liquids.

It is used in petrol industry, iron steel industry, power plants, paper and paper mache industry, chemical industry, heating cooling ventilation, food and beverage industry.

 

  • These are centrifugal pumps which are single-stage, scroll, end-suction with horizontal spindle and closed or half-opened pallet.
  • The main dimensions are in accordance with TS EN 22858 / ISO 2858  standards, in addition to 20 models, 10 more non-standard model.
  • The flanges of suction and printing are in accordance with TS EN1092-2 / PN 16'.
  • Due to the design that can be installed from backside, the bearing group, sealing bearing, pump shaft and gear wheel can be installed without separating the scroll body from pipe installation.
  • All the gear wheels are dynamically balanced in accordance with TS 2576 G6.3 / ISO 1940 Class 6.3.
  • Axial force is balanced by balancing holes in closed gear wheels, rear paddles in half-opened gear wheels.
  • Heavy-service type shaft operating dryly in full scale which does not contact with the printed liquid.
  • The body impermeability is provided by straight gaskets to ensure not to work out under pressure.
